If any product sold or delivered by MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM is damaged during shipment, the Customer shall give MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM written notice of such damage within three (3) days of delivery. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to inspect all products immediately upon delivery to verify: (a) the quantities described in the accompanying delivery ticket are the quantities delivered, and (b) there are no visible defects. The Customer further agrees to examine all delivery tickets and invoices upon receipt. In case the Customer requests MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM to deliver any product, and the Customer does not have a representative present at the time of delivery, the Customer authorizes MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM, or its designated carrier, to leave the product at the designated place of delivery. Upon delivery to the designated address, the Customer shall be fully responsible for the product.
Part Warranty
The MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM standard parts warranty policy governs the terms and conditions of warranty coverage for its products. This policy provides that the standard parts warranty period shall be 180 days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise noted. The warranty period is divided into two phases, with the first ninety 90 days comprising a full replacement warranty and the remaining 90 days prorated from the date of shipment.
The warranty coverage shall exclude certain parts, which are referred to as “Excluded Items.” The Excluded Items include Image Generation Nodes, DARC Modules, Gradient Amplifiers, Gradient Power Supplies, Gradient Processor Modules, RF Amplifiers, RF Interface Modules, MRI Coils, and consumable/supply items, such as brushes, collimator filters, film cassettes, phantoms, magnetic tapes, optical disks, table cushions, patient restraints, and holders. These “Excluded Items” shall be covered by a ninety (90) day full replacement warranty.
In addition, X-Ray Tubes and X-Ray Detectors shall also be excluded from the standard warranty and shall be subject to warranty on a sale-by-sale basis, as further described in the sales quotation and agreed upon through purchase order. To obtain warranty credit, the customer must notify MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM of a warranty claim in writing within the set warranty period, and the warranty part must be returned within ten (10) days of this notification.
The Exchange/Returns Survey must be completed with details describing the failure of the part(s). If the sale was on an exchange basis, the original exchange part must be returned. Failure to return warranty parts may result in additional billing at the discretion of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM.
The MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM standard warranty shall not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, fire, water, building collapse, power failure or fluctuations, vandalism, riot, air conditioning failure, or “acts of god” (i.e., tornado, hurricane, earthquake, etc.). Furthermore, if a part or product is not installed by MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM or covered by an MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM service agreement, any damage resulting from faulty installation or service, as determined in the sole discretion of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM, or any other damage caused by actions contrary to the advice of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM, shall not be covered by warranty. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner to MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM may void all warranties, at the discretion of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM.
Parts Return, Return Credits, and Restocking Fees
The rates for the return of parts shall be as follows, subject to the sole discretion of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM as to whether the part has been returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the part is found to be defective or tampered with, no return credit will be applied. The restocking rates shall vary and be based on the following conditions:
For unopened parts, which means that the seal or the part(s) seal has not been broken:
- Returned within 5 business days: 85% return credit (15% restocking fee);
- Returned between 11 to 21 days: 80% return credit (20% restocking fee).
For opened parts, which means that the MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM seal or the part(s) seal has been broken:
- Returned within 5 business days: 80% return credit (20% restocking fee);
- Returned between 11 to 21 days: 75% return credit (25% restocking fee).
Any parts returned within 21-45 days shall qualify for a 50% return credit (50% restocking fee). Parts returned after 45 days shall not qualify for return credit.
DOA Parts
In accordance with MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM policies, any parts deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported within three (3) days of the receipt of said part(s). If damage occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the recipient to note the damage on the delivery ticket. Furthermore, the aforementioned part must be received at MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM within 5 business days of the receipt date, or sooner if explicitly requested. The reference numbers, including the waybill and invoice/packing list, must be clearly labeled on the box or included within the shipment. Any tampering or alteration of the part(s) will render them ineligible for credit. To be eligible for full credit, the Exchange/Returns Survey must be completed and provide details regarding the failure of the part(s).
Exchange Parts
In the event the transaction with MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM was conducted on an exchange basis, a comparable exchange part is required. In order for the exchange part to be considered “comparable,” it must be complete and must match the same part number, unless a representative of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM has provided approval for an alternative arrangement. All exchange parts are subject to review, and additional billing may be necessary for parts that do not meet the established criteria. The exchange part must be delivered to MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM within a period of 30 days, after which an outright price will be invoiced or charged. Unless specified otherwise, the outright price is calculated as the OEM outright list price plus 20%, and is charged in addition to the exchange price.
Returns Procedure
All exchanges and returns must be sent to the designated address listed above. Proper packaging and insurance are mandatory for all returns. The customer shall bear all the costs of shipping and insurance except for DOA parts. The customer shall be responsible for filing any insurance claims arising from damaged return or exchange parts during shipping. Failure to insure the parts during shipping may result in the forfeiture of warranty credit or replacements. Additional charges may apply for the return of special crates or packages to the designated address.
Credits
In accordance with our policies, it is hereby stated that all credits received will be applied to the customer’s account, unless otherwise specified by the customer. In the event that an unpaid balance exists on the customer’s account, any credits received will be applied as payment towards the outstanding balance. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions may result in the non-issuance or delay of credit.
Billing
The Customer shall provide a Purchase Order (PO), and pay the full amount of each invoice in advance of sale, unless otherwise notified in writing of payment terms by MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM. Customer agrees to pay a service charge on the outstanding balance for which payment has not been received according to terms stated. The service charge shall be one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month of the Customer’s outstanding past due balance after deducting current payments and credits. Such service charges shall become part of the Customer’s outstanding balance.
The Customer warrants that it will use all goods purchased and rented under this account for business purposes and that the Customer is not a consumer as defined by all applicable federal or state usury law. However, if the Customer is a consumer, the interest rate is automatically reduced to the highest rate allowed by applicable law. Additional billing invoices will be issued if an exchange, DOA, or otherwise returnable part is not received per agreed upon terms and at the discretion of MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM. MEDICALIMAGINGSOURCE.COM reserves the right to charge any credit card on file to fulfill payment of any past due billing invoices. At least one notification will be sent before any credit card is charged.

By accessing, downloading, or using any media provided by the copyright owner, the user agrees to comply fully with these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States.
1. Licensing and Attribution Requirements
a. A license must be secured for all media prior to any form of publication to prevent copyright infringement. MRIPETCTSOURCE provides rights-managed licensing, which is restricted to the specific usage, medium, duration, print quantity, placement, content size, geographical area, and any additional limitations outlined with the content on the MRIPETCTSOURCE website (or through any other distribution method) or detailed in an order confirmation or invoice. The license is non-exclusive, meaning that, unless otherwise specified on the website, in your invoice, sales order, or separate agreement, you do not possess exclusive rights to the content. MRIPETCTSOURCE retains the right to license the same content to other users.
b. Proper attribution must be given in a prominent and clear manner, including the copyright owner’s name and work title in the following formats:
i. Photo and Design Credit: For commercial applications, you are not obligated to provide a photo credit. However, if you are using images for editorial purposes, it is necessary to include a credit either next to the image or in the production credits. The credit should follow this format or as otherwise specified in the accompanying caption information from MRIPETCTSOURCE: “[Photographer Name]/[Collection Name] courtesy of MRIPETCTSOURCE.”
Example: “Image Credit: Jane Doe courtesy of MRIPETCTSOURCE”
ii. Video Credit: When using licensed video content in an audiovisual production where credits are given to other licensed material providers, you must provide a credit of comparable prominence and placement. The credit should be formatted as follows, or as otherwise indicated in the caption information from MRIPETCTSOURCE: “Video provided by [Artist Name]/[Collection Name] courtesy of MRIPETCTSOURCE.”
Example: “Video Provided by John Doe courtesy of MRIPETCTSOURCE“
c. MRIPETCTSOURCE Name and Official Logo Use: You are permitted to use the name of MRIPETCTSOURCE and/or its content providers for the purpose of attribution; however, any other use of their names, logos, or trademarks requires prior written approval.
For the purposes of this agreement, the term “use” encompasses the actions of copying, reproducing, modifying, editing, synchronizing, performing, displaying, broadcasting, publishing, or otherwise utilizing the content. We encourage you to review the Restricted Uses section below for any applicable exceptions.
2. Approved Outlets for Publication
a. Users are required to submit all intended outlets for content use prior to publication for approval. Once an outlet is approved, it does not require subsequent approvals for each use; the initial approval remains valid unless otherwise specified. A list of all approved outlets will be accessible within the user account profile on the MRIPETCTSOURCE website (medicalimagingsource.com). This process is important because we utilize digital rights management (DRM) to help prevent inadvertent copyright strikes by our systems or flagging by our automated monitoring tools.
b. Publication outside approved outlets is prohibited unless written consent is provided, constituting a violation of intellectual property rights.
c. The copyright owner reserves the right to change or update the list of approved outlets at their discretion. Notices regarding any changes will be provided with adequate time, and the copyright owner will act in good faith throughout this process.
3. Specific Purpose and Time-Limited Usage
Permission for use is granted solely for the specific purpose and duration outlined in the licensing agreement. Usage is limited to the agreed-upon term as specified in the license. All other uses, including any use beyond the authorized time frame, are strictly prohibited without additional written authorization.
4. Attribution Requirements for Social Media Content
For use on instagram, tiktok, facebook and other social media platforms, attribution must tag/include “@MRIPETCTSOURCE All rights reserved” in the description of the post or be prominently displayed as a watermark on the media. The user acknowledges that failure to provide proper attribution may constitute a violation of the copyright owner’s intellectual property rights.
5. Restrictions on Use of Content
a. Prohibited Unlawful Use: You may not use content in a way that is illegal, defamatory, or offensive, including uses that promote violence, hatred, or violate regulations (including any restrictions from sports leagues or governing bodies for sports-related content) or relevant industry standards.
b. Editorial Content Modification Limitations: Content designated as “editorial” or “for editorial use” may be cropped or adjusted for technical improvements, as long as such edits don’t alter the original integrity or intent of the content. Alterations beyond this are not permitted.
c. Accurate Authorship Representation: You may not claim to be the original creator of work that is primarily made up of licensed content. For example, you cannot create derivative artwork primarily based on licensed content and attribute authorship to yourself.
d. Sensitive Use Disclosure Requirement: When using content that involves models or property in a context that might be deemed controversial or unflattering (for instance, topics like health conditions), you must include a disclaimer: (1) that the content is for illustrative purposes only, and (2) that any individuals shown in media are models. For example, you could add, “Stock photo. Posed by model.” Content marked “editorial” or “for editorial use” that is used in an objective manner does not require such a disclaimer.
e. No Standalone File Distribution: Content may not be used in any manner that allows others to download, separate, or redistribute it as an independent file (meaning as a standalone file separate from your project or final product).
f. Commercial Use of Editorial Content: Unless expressly permitted in a licensing confirmation, invoice, or agreement, content marked “editorial” or “for editorial use” may not be used for commercial, promotional, endorsement, gambling, advertising, or merchandising purposes. This type of content does not have model or property releases and is intended mainly for journalistic purposes, such as news reporting or commentary on events and topics of public interest. Additionally, any commercial use of “editorial” content requires you to obtain necessary permissions from relevant third parties, such as individuals depicted or event organizers.
g. No Use for Customized Products: Content may not be used in “on-demand” products (such as items personalized by users, including postcards, t-shirts, mugs, calendars, etc.), without explicit authorization from MRIPETCTSOURCE. This also includes selling products on custom design websites or marketplaces like zazzle.com, cafepress.com, or etsy.com.
h. No Use in Digital Templates: Unless explicitly authorized, you may not incorporate content into digital templates intended for resale or distribution, including templates for websites, business cards, electronic greetings, or brochures.
i. No Use in Trademarks or Logos: Content cannot be used as a distinguishing feature in trademarks, logos, brand names, or service marks unless expressly authorized. Additionally, you may not register the content or similar images as a trademark, nor use it to restrict third-party usage, including by MRIPETCTSOURCE, our customers, or the copyright holder.
j. No Use for AI, Machine Learning, or Biometric Technologies: Content, including associated metadata, may not be used for machine learning, artificial intelligence, or biometric identification purposes unless explicitly authorized. MRIPETCTSOURCE does not guarantee consent for such applications, even if the content is model-released.
k. No Exploitation of Metadata: You may not use the caption information, keywords, or metadata associated with the content separately from the content itself, nor can you permit third parties to access or use such metadata.
L. No Use in NFTs or Digital Assets: Without explicit authorization, content marked “editorial” or “for editorial use,” as well as rights-ready video content, cannot be used in connection with digital assets intended for sale or distribution, such as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
6. Prohibition on Modification and Alteration
Users are prohibited from modifying, altering, or adapting any copyrighted material without prior written consent. This restriction includes but is not limited to alterations, cropping, or any unauthorized modifications. Additionally, altering metadata or any digital rights management (DRM) information is strictly forbidden.

b. MRIPETCTSOURCE agrees, subject to the terms of this Section, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless you, along with your corporate parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of your respective officers, directors, and employees, from all damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs and attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach by MRIPETCTSOURCE of its warranties as outlined in this Agreement. This indemnification does not apply to the extent that any damages, costs, or losses result from modifications you make to the content or from the context in which you use the content. Additionally, this indemnification does not apply to your continued use of the content after notice from MRIPETCTSOURCE, or upon your knowledge, that the content may be subject to a claim of infringement of a third party’s rights.
c. If a party intends to seek indemnification, it must provide prompt written notice to the other party regarding the claim. The party providing indemnification (the indemnifying party) may take charge of managing, settling, or defending against the claim or lawsuit. The party receiving indemnification (the indemnified party) agrees to assist as reasonably needed upon request from the indemnifying party. The indemnifying party will not be responsible for any legal costs, including attorney fees or other expenses, that were incurred before the indemnified party provided notice of the claim for indemnification.
d. MRIPETCTSOURCE AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR FOR PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, COSTS, OR LOSSES THAT MAY ARISE FROM THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF MRIPETCTSOURCE OR ITS LICENSORS WERE MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, COSTS, OR LOSSES.
